pumpkin chocolate glazed meal shakes for breakfast (which were amazing) and I get to maintain my progress thanks to advocare. So thankful for how this company has changed my life.
Last night I got home from school - which is an hour away and the commute always puts me in a grumpy mood - and this was waiting for me from one of my dear friends Alyssa! She brightened my whole night, so lucky to have such great, supportive friends!
FOR THOSE OF YOU SCARED OF THE WORD “diet” - THIS BREAKFAST IS BROUGHT TO YOU BY ADVOCARE
Advocare just released pumpkin flavored meal replacement shakes and naturally the white girl in me had to get them. And I couldn’t help think they would make fabulous pancakes! Added a meal shake packet, one egg, a splash of water and some ground cinnamon and TA DA!
And then on top, I drizzled Advocare’s product called muscle gain. If you decrease the amount of water it says to drink muscle gain as a shake, it forms a hardened glaze over the top of the pancakes. And sprinkled a little PB2 on top!
And obviously turkey bacon because my life revolves around turkey products.
They’re still there! Somewhat! Having more of a flexible diet and not having time for the gym like I did this summer has been taking a toll on me mentally but it’s a nice reminder that I always have the tools to get myself back to where I was before!
This girl totally changed the way I viewed exercise. She actually got me EXCITED to work out. I now look forward to what’s in store for me at the gym with the UNIQUE plan she tailored to ME and MY needs. She offers so many services and can help each and every one of you get where you want to be. Contact her here!!!!
Everything about this makes me so freaking happy. Two eggs, two gluten free waffles with strawberry non dairy cream cheese and fresh cut fruit… BEST BREAKFAST EVER😍
I’m not sure if this restaurant is a chain or not - b.good - but it is AMAZING! Everything fresh and cooked clean and TASTY! Turkey burger, gluten free bun and clean cooked sweet potato fries for this carb day! YUM! And the unsweetened lemon iced tea was DELICIOUS! So satisfied.
Ok these groceries…. You ready?
✔️lean breakfast turkey sausage

✔️gluten free Chex oatmeal
✔️”go veggie” lactose free cheese: shredded, sliced, and grated
✔️quinoa/brown rice mix
✔️lite balsamic dressing
✔️liquid egg whites & dozen eggs
✔️plain unsalted rice cakes
✔️udi’s gluten free bagels
✔️udi’s gluten free flax/omega bread
✔️udi’s vanilla gluten free granola
✔portobello mushroom caps
✔️diced tomato and green pepper
✔️broccoli and cauliflower florets
✔️lactaid brand cottage cheese

I literally only walked the perimeter of my local stop n shop. I didn’t walk up any aisles in the middle except to get lite salad dressing! It’s amazing how you don’t need anything from those aisles - they’re over processed foods. These choices may not be entirely strict to Advocare’s “lean in 13” meal plan, but it’s a hell of a lot healthier than I would normally eat, and still just as tasty!!!!
Well! Today I went grocery shopping - big time. I’m on day 2 of my cleanse, it’s going well so far and I’m back in my healthy habits routine. BUT this time I’m not restricting myself as much. I’m making conscious healthy decisions but not restricting myself as much as last time.
Some of my favorite things I made today:
🔘portobello mushroom caps with spinach garlic and mrs dash seasoned chicken topped with go veggie lactose free cheese
🔘wonton wrapper “pizza” bites filled with organic gfree tomato sauce and chicken meatball crumbles
🔘gluten free granola cookies (for carb night - totally not cleanse friendly but like I said…) made with applesauce, pumpkin purée, gfree vanilla granlola, and dark choc chips
🔘last but not least - my dinner tonight. Chicken meatballs in gfree organic tomato sauce, homemade broccoli and cauliflower garlic mashed, and spaghetti squash “Mac n cheese” w lactose free cheddar
I’ll post again with my grocery list (whether you like it or not!)
Woop woop healthy eating ♥️
